How much do computer diagnostic checks cost?
Diagnostics at our Chandkheda shop are free if you go ahead with the repair. You get an exact cost estimate before any hardware work begins.
Do you use original spare parts for Dell, HP and Lenovo?
Yes. We stock genuine OEM replacement screens, batteries, keyboards, power adapters and cooling fans, supplied with manufacturer warranty.
Do you sell second-hand or refurbished laptops?
Yes — tested refurbished Dell, HP and Lenovo business laptops with warranty. Message us on WhatsApp to see what is currently in stock.
How long does a typical repair take?
Minor jobs such as SSD/RAM upgrades or an OS reinstall take 2 to 4 hours. Component-level motherboard repairs usually take 24 to 48 hours.

Yes. Every installation includes DVR/NVR mobile configuration so you can watch live video and playback from anywhere, on Android and iPhone.
How many days of recording does a 1TB hard drive hold?
A 1TB surveillance drive on a 4-camera 2MP HD setup typically stores 12 to 15 days of continuous 24/7 footage.
What is the difference between HD analog and IP cameras?
HD analog is cost-effective and well suited to homes and shops. IP cameras give higher clarity, usable digital zoom and simpler single-cable installs for larger commercial sites.

What is covered under an Annual Maintenance Contract?
Quarterly preventive maintenance, emergency breakdown visits within 2–4 hours, virus scanning, network troubleshooting and printer sharing setup.
What is the minimum number of PCs for an AMC?
We build custom plans from as few as 2 computers up to environments with 50+ workstations.
Is my business and personal data kept private?
Yes. Your drives and accounting software are never browsed or copied. Where possible, sensitive work is done in your presence.
